Absolutely! We have taken every precaution to make your transactions
secure.
All credit card details are transferred via 128 bit encryption (the best
the web has to offer).Once you have reached the final page of your
transaction, where you enter your Credit Card details, you will notice a
small LOCK in the bottom of your browser in the status bar. This
indicates that the page is secured and all information will be
encrypted. By placing your mouse over the lock you will notice a caption
saying ;"SSL 128 Bit" meaning 'Secure Sockets Layer 128 Bit
encryption'.
All credit card payments will be via PayPal.

How Do I Pay
For My Order?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal
if payment is made over the internet.
We also accept checks. If mailing us a check, please note that we
will only send out your order once payment has been received. Checks can
be sent to:

How Much Will
My Shipping Charges Be and what Company do you use?
We use Canada Post when mailing out small orders in envelopes. (Up to 6 pouches of Tea)
For all other shipments we use Canpar (www.canpar.ca)
who in turn use FedEx in the US.
For the cost of the shipment, place your order in the shopping basket
and the shipping cost will be displayed at the bottom of the order. This
can be viewed before purchasing.

What If Nobody Is
Home During The Day To Sign For My Order?
If, at the sole discretion of the driver, the area looks safe enough
to leave the parcel at the door, he will do so. Otherwise he will call a
number of times, leaving messages.

How Long Will It
Take For Me To Receive My Order?
The time between placing your order and receiving the goods depends
on where you are located. Our orders generally take between 2 days and 3 weeks for delivery.
If you have purchased goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will
contact you and advise.

Can I Have My
Order Sent Express?
Yes, you may choose to have your order sent express with the courier of your choice. We will give you a quote on what that will cost once we know
exactly what items you wish to order. This is a very costly option but
will guarantee that you receive your goods within one to three days.
Canpar, our regular courier, does not offer this service

My Order?
Feel free to call us during office hours (9am-6pm Eastern time)
and a sales representative will gladly give you the status of your
order. You may choose to track your parcel yourself on the Canpar
website (www.canpar.ca)
using the tracking number we will provide.

What Do I Do
If I Am Not Satisfied With My Order?
We stand behind our products and will gladly credit you for any
failure on our part to meet our high standards. If you are not satisfied
with the quality of an item, phone us and speak to a Sales Representative.
You will also be required to return the product in its original
packaging to;

What If You Do
Not Have An Item I Want In Stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you before
sending out your order. You will have the option to choose a replacement
or have your order sent out as is. You may ask to have the item
back-ordered. This means that we will contact you as soon as the omitted
item becomes available, and you may choose to order it. We do not
automatically back-order items, so kindly contact us if you want us to
do so.
